Welcome to Soota. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Soota and the services provided by Poornata Technologies Private Limited ("Poornata Tech"). By using Soota, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our tool, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Poornata Tech and that you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Usage Limits and Restrictions
To maintain the quality of service for all users, we enforce certain usage limits:
- Profile Limit: Users are currently limited to creating and maintaining 10 profiles within their account.
- Download Limit: Users are limited to 5 PDF report downloads per day (or as specified in your active plan).
We reserve the right to modify these limits periodically or enforce them strictly to prevent system abuse.
3. Legal and Prohibited Use
Soota must be used for legally accepted astrological educational purposes only. You agree not to:
- Engage in unintended misuse, abuse, or disruption of the service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the tool.
- Use the tool for any fraudulent or harmful activities.
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
4. Updates and Changes
Updates to the tool, including new features, bug fixes, and algorithmic changes, will be released periodically. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
5. No Warranty of Uptime
Soota is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% availability, no warranty or guarantee of uptime is provided. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including the design system, logic, and branding of Soota, is the property of Poornata Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Poornata Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, or any harm or unintended consequences arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the tool.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tumkur, Karnataka.
